Currently, she wrote/produced/edited an audio docudrama podcast, Lead, starring Merritt Wever, Alessandro Nivola, and Cynthia Nixon about her family’s experience with lead poisoning in hopes to raise awareness and support for the passage of The Lead Paint Right to Know Act in New York State this year. She wrote the book and lyrics to The Female Pope, with composer Heather Christian, (The Jonathan Larson Grant, JMF at Goodspeed, Ground Floor at Berkeley Rep, Pipeline Award, NAMT, Finalist – O’Neill Musical Theater Conference, Apples & Oranges: Sing Tank, AWE Conference). She co-wrote, co-directed, and co-produced a stop-motion musical short film called My Vagina (Cannes Film Festival, Austin Comedy – Winner Best Original Content, Montreal, Catalina, Woodstock, Omaha, RiverRun, AmerDoc, London Comedy – Best Director, and many more ) She has collaborated with composer, Peter Salett, on their musical So You Wanna be a Porn Star: a story of sex love and rock-n-roll. Her musical comedy pilot, Perfect Little School, was a semifinalist at Raindance. Her sold-out cabaret, So You Wanna be a Porn Star: a story of silicone, struggle, and survival, raised money to fight breast cancer. Plays include: Lead (Waterworks Festival Finalist, O’Neill Finalist), Once Upon a Sisters Grimm, The Ringer, Fun for the Whole Neighborhood, and House of Cards. As an actor, she’s appeared on Broadway alongside Patrick Stewart in Arthur Miller’s The Ride Down Mt. Morgan. Off-Broadway she has worked at The Atlantic, The Flea, New Georges, NYTW, WET Soho Rep, Minetta Lane, WPA, Playwrights Horizons.
