We are saddened to share the news that Advisory Committee member Isobel Robins Konecky passed away suddenly Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

Isobel was the widow of long-time Wing trustee Ron Konecky, and served on the Wing’s Advisory Committee for over two decades. A true woman of the theatre, she made a Broadway debut as a performer in the short-lived SOUTHERN EXPOSURE in 1950, then had a stint as a cabaret singer where she sometimes worked with comedian Henry Morgan, and then ultimately morphed into a producer on Broadway and off, co-producing such shows as THE CHANGING ROOM through IT HAD TO BE YOU.  She was a larger-than-life personality, and she lit up every room she ever entered.
