Kevin Lin

Kevin Lin is a talent and literary agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he represents top actors, writers, directors, composers and choreographers, including Leslie Odom, Jr., Matthew López, Celine Song, Ashley Park, Jordan E. Cooper, Whitney White, David Henry Hwang, Toby Marlow, Lucy Moss, Emilio Sosa, Kyle Hanagami, Danielle Brooks, and Freddy Wexler.
He helps lead CAA’s Cultural Business Strategy initiatives, working to strengthen companywide initiatives that maximize creative opportunities and business growth for the agency’s diverse clients and build corporate culture best practices. He is also a leader within CAA Elevate, the agency’s next-generation training program with a practical development curriculum emphasizing entrepreneurialism, inclusion, curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
Lin has been featured on Variety’s Inclusion Impact Report and the Hollywood Reporter’s Next Gen 2025 list, and he sits on the Board of Advisors for the American Theatre Wing and the American Repertory Theater. He began his career at CAA as an intern in 2012 and is a graduate of Harvard University.
