Thomas Brandt

Thomas Brandt currently serves on the Board of Directors of Greenlight Capital Offshore, LTD and Greenlight Masters Offshore, LTD. He has recently served on the board of Fifth Street Asset Management Inc. He was Director of real estate for College Street Foods which owned and operated restaurants in Fairfield County, CT.

Prior to being in the restaurant business, Mr. Brandt was the Co- CEO and member of the Board of Directors of both Trans-Lux Corporation and Storyteller Theatres Corporation. During his combined 27 years with these companies, Mr. Brandt focused on the motion picture exhibition industry through owning, operating and expanding a state of the art cinema chain in New England and the Southwest US.

Mr. Brandt received his BS from Skidmore College in 1985 and was a member of the Periclean Honor Society.
