Working in the Theatre: School of Rock

Pledge allegiance to the band and stick it to the man in the newest episode of Working in the Theatre about the young rockers that take to the stage 8 shows a week in School of Rock the Musical. These young Broadway professionals sing, dance, play their own instruments AND go to school everyday. These amazing performers share what it’s like to appear in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s newest hit show on Broadway.

Students across America have to opportunity to learn and train in theatre thanks to the new initiaive of the American Theatre Wing funded by a grant from the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation. The ALW Initiative supports theatre education opportunities for underserved young people and under-resourced public schools around the United States including classroom resources for K-12, training scholarships for middle and high school students, and 4-Year Partial University Scholarships.
