TONY ROBERTS has appeared in more than 20 Broadway plays and musicals and has been twice nominated for the Tony Award. In 1969 he won the London Critics Poll Award for his performance in Promises, Promises. Tony starred on Broadway in Barefoot in the Park; How Now, Dow Jones; Jerome Robbins' Broadway; Sugar; Absurd Person Singular; Don't Drink the Water; Doubles; Play It Again, Sam; They're Playing Our Song; Victor/Victoria; and most recently the very successful The Tale of the Allergist's Wife. Mr. Roberts has had many major roles in films including the Academy Award-winning Annie Hall; Play it Again, Sam; and Serpico. He is the voice on the audio version of Rudolph Giuliani's Leadership and the narrator of the Bravo Profiles television series. Mr. Roberts makes his home in New York City where he was born. He attended the High School of Music and Art and graduated from Northwestern University, where he majored in drama and studied acting with Alvina Krause.
