THOMAS COTT's credits include 100+ shows on and off Broadway and in regional theaters. After 18 seasons at Lincoln Center Theater, Thomas became artistic director of Musical Theatre Works?where SpringboardNYC began. He is currently an independent producer and management consultant for various arts clients including the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, and the New 42nd Street.
