ROBERT KAPLOWITZ (Music and Sound Design) Selected credits include: Fela! on Broadway; the Pilobolus / Art Spiegelman collabration Still Moving; Chloe Moss'sThis Wide Night (Naked Angels); John Beluso's The Poor Itch, Tracy Scott Wilson's The Story, Lemon Anderson's County of Kings, plus a handful of others at the NYSF/Joseph Papp Public Theater; David Adjmi's Stunning (Lincoln Center 3); Kia Corthron's Light, Raise the Roof (New York Theatre Workshop); Tanya Barfield's Blue Door (The Arden); (NYTW); Adam Bock's The Thugs (SoHo Rep); and Eric Jackson's drag adaptation of Carrie (PS122), as well as designs for LAByrinth, 2nd Stage, Primary Stages, MTC, The Roundabout, The Vineyard, MCC, PlayPENN, the O'Neill Playwrights Conference, Sundance, and others. He received a Tony Award for Best Sound Design of a Musical (Fela!) and an OBIE award for Sustained Excellence in Sound Design Off-Broadway ('06/'07). As much as he loves his work, he loves Kittson and Niall even more.
