Neil Ginsberg
NEIL GINSBERG is a Music Director, Composer, and Vocal Coach. Off-Broadway, National Tour: Forever Plaid, Nunsense, Cape Cod Theater Project, Hartford Stage, Paper Mill Playhouse, Southbay Civic Light Opera, Canon Theater, Juilliard School of Drama, New York University, Jaradoa Theater Company, Berkshire Ensemble for Theater Arts. Composer: Additional music: Joys of Sex, Off-Broadway, (NY Fringe Festival Audience Choice Award), Gallethea at Here's American Livingroom Festival (directed by Michelle Tattenbaum), Billy the Kid (Henry Street Settlement), Loss of Virginia (by Rachel Sheinkin) at Company One Theater of Hartford. He has received awards from Meet the Composer and BMI. His choral music has been published by Lorenz, GIA, and Santa Barbara Music. Television and Film composing credits: The Discovery and Learning Channels, Showtime, Trekkies, The Silent Movie Theater (Hollywood). Former Co-Chair of the Performing Arts Department at the Brooklyn Friends School and visiting teaching artist with the International Schools Theater Association.
