Mark Waldrop
MARK WALDROP served as production supervisor and contributed special material for Bette Midler's Divine Miss Millennium Tour. Off-Broadway and in Los Angeles: Howard Crabtree's When Pigs Fly, for which he also provided book and lyrics (1997 Drama Desk Award/Best Revue; 1997 Outer Critics Circle Award; Outstanding Off-Broadway Musical, OBIE; Best Director nominations: Drama Desk and L.A Ovation awards). Off-Broadway: Game Show, Pete 'N' Keely. Also, Gypsy starring Betty Buckley and Deborah Gibson at Paper Mill Playhouse, Ziegfeld Follies of 1936 for N.Y. City Center's Encores! series and Three of Hearts, the Songs of Mary Rodgers starring Faith Prince at Rainbow & Stars. He is currently writing a major new project for Radio City Music Hall, Carnivale, due in the spring of 2003.
