Margery Singer
MARGERY SINGER has been professionally associated with a variety of live entertainment events for more than 25 years. As an Entertainment Marketing Consultant, Margery has developed the marketing and promotional campaigns for Broadway and Off-Broadway producers. Shows include: Into The Woods, 42nd Street, Blast, Jane Eyre, The Music Man, Savion Glover-Downtown, Footloose, High Society, 1776, Mandy Patinkin on Broadway, Titanic, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum, The King and I, Moon Over Buffalo,""How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Show Boat, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, The Who's Tommy, Guys and Dolls, Crazy For You, She Loves Me, The Secret Garden, The Song of Jacob Zulu, Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, Teddy and Alice, Uptown It's Hot, The Good Times Are Killing Me, Only Kidding, Forever Plaid, and Oil City Symphony. Prior to forming her own business, Margery served as Marketing Director, Madison Square Garden Enterprises, Madison Square Garden Corporation. Additional previous employment included: Director of Public Relations, The l980 Winter Olympics, Lake Placid Games; Director of Field Operations and Senior Publicist, The American Freedom Train Foundation. Nationwide, Margery has directed the advertising, promotion, public relations and/or sponsorship campaigns for: Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center; Nederlander Amphitheaters; Jones Beach Theater; PACE Amphitheaters; The Beach Boys 25th Anniversary Tour; and HBO's Comic Relief. Margery is on the Board of Directors of Variety The Children's Charity. In this capacity, she develops entertainment attractions for numerous charitable events including its annual telethon and radiothon.
