JUDITH ANN ABRAMSis a Tony Award winning producer for Spring Awakening She is producer of The Broadway Pixie Judy Troupe, dubbed by Liz Smith as "that 30 year show-biz-for-kids phenomenon!" Judy's acclaimed family musicals have played every top theatre in the U.S., London and The White House. Discovered by composer Richard Rodgers, Judy produced three of her musicals, with The London Symphony Orchestra, for The Rodgers & Hammerstein Music Library & Golden Records. Producer: major charity events, including Tony Bennett at Carnegie Hall. Broadway includes: One of the lead producers of Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life and Spring Awakening (Broadway, London, and national tour). Associate Producer Annie Get Your Gun, Seussical, Wonderful Town. Off Broadway: Producer, Cy Coleman's musical, Exactly Like You, Bridge & Tunnel produced by Meryl Streep. Road includes: Associate Producer, Annie Get Your Gun, Robert Goulet tour of South Pacific. Judy is a member of The League of American Theatres and Producers and Professional Women in Theatre. Her Pixie Judy Theatre Foundation, with a board that includes Hal Prince, Cy Coleman, Elaine Stritch, Chita Rivera and artist LeRoy Neiman continues her acclaimed work in presenting live theatre to the children of the inner cities. For this work, Judy has received the coveted Jefferson Award and three Mayoral Certificates of Appreciation.
