Jon Michael Hill
JON MICHAEL HILL received a Tony nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Play for Superior Donuts. He received his BFA in Acting from U of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. He has been an ensemble member of the Steppenwolf Theater Company in Chicago since 2007. His theater credits at Steppenwolf include: The Tempest, directed by Tina Landau (Ariel), The Unmentionables, directed by Anna Shapiro (Etienne), Superior Donuts, directed by Tina Landau (Franco Wicks), and Kafka on the Shore, directed by Frank Galati (Crow). Other theater credits include: The Public Theater Shakespeare in the Park production of A Midsummer Night's Dream directed by Daniel Sullivan (Puck), In the Red and Brown Water (Elegba) at the Alliance Theater and The Cure at Troy (Chorus) at Seattle Repertory Theater, both directed by Tina Landau. Jon had a recurring role on Guiding Light and made his Opera debut as Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Houston Grand Opera.
