BILL RUSSELL (Author/Lyricist, Side Show) co-wrote book/lyrics for Off-Broadway's Pageant. He authored book/lyrics for Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens, directing it Off Off-Broadway and in London (fringe, West End). Other book/lyric credits: Off-Broadway's Fourtune and The Texas Chainsaw Musical (co-author), Family Style (Minneapolis). He adapted the book of Call Me Madam (starring Tyne Daly) for City Center Encores! Lyric credits include Radio City's Christmas Spectacular, Gay Games IV and Jade & Sarsaparilla. Directing credits include Generation X and Monteith and Rand.
