ADAM BERNSTEIN is currently the General Manager for Signature Theatre Company, one of off-Broadway's leading non-profit institutions. Producing highlights with Signature include August Wilson's King Hedley II, Charles Mee's Queens Boulevard (the musical), Edward Albee's Occupant, Charles Fuller's Zooman and the Sign, Horton Foote's The Orphans' Home Cycle, and currently, Tony Kushner's Angels in America. Bernstein is also actively involved in the planning of The Signature Center, a new multi-venue theatre facility located on West 42nd Street designed by Frank Gehry. Before Signature, he was General Manager for the Blue Heron Arts Center and was the Founding Artistic Director of Confluence Theatre Company. Producing credits with Confluence include Durang vs. Ives, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, It's About Time, and The (Re)Cycle Plays Eco-Festival. He hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Point Park University.
